Dispatch division has recently become “Central Dispatch” for the City of Mexia. In the past 2 years our Dispatch staff has doubled. Dispatch now takes and dispatches all calls for Mexia Police, Fire, and EMS. They also dispatch for the Mexia Public Works Department and the Mexia ISD Police Department after normal hours and weekends. Our Dispatch division consists of 1 Sergeant, 1 Corporal, 8 full time Dispatchers and 1 part time Dispatcher.
