Our Records Clerk is 1 full time civilian employee. She is the keeper of all the records that are accessible to the community, court system, state and federal fovernment. She prepares the officers offense and incident reports, Uniform Crime Report, does local background checks when requested, and maintains accident reports. There is a $6.00 fee for accident reports, other fees can very depending on requested information. These can be obtained during normal business hours from 8am till 5pm Monday through Friday.
